Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customers and assisting them in selecting suitable products.
  • Providing clear information about products and services to customers.
  • Performing sales and payment operations smoothly and quickly.
  • Maintaining the arrangement of products and displaying them attractively in the store.
  • Monitoring product inventory and ensuring availability.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Achieving the required sales targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee tools 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with different types of customers.
  • Flexibility and the ability to solve problems quickly.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills for recording sales.

 

Working Hours:

8 hours daily, two days off per week.

 


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
