The Senior Director will lead the Takamol product portfolio, ensuring product performance, meeting customer demand, and impacting the market effectively. Collaboration with the direct manager is essential to align the product portfolio with the broader strategic objectives of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead responsive actions when products fail to meet specified KPIs in the original business case, aiming to rectify situations, minimize deviations, and enhance product effectiveness.
• Manage the analysis of product quality control metrics to ensure accuracy and adherence to Takamol's agreed standards.
• Identify training and development needs to support the professional growth of direct reports, with a particular focus on best-in-class product management practices.
• Utilize platform data to drive strategic investment in clients and customers.
• Collaborate with the direct manager to achieve the portfolio's strategic objectives.
• Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, demonstrating a strong background in leading product portfolios and achieving strategic business outcomes.
