The Role of Senior Vice President, Product Manager

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President POM Product Manager Middle East to join its Custody team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will contribute to the firm's strategic product initiatives within the Middle East region.

Product Strategy and Ownership

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap and vision for the Middle East:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Middle East, ensuring alignment with firm-wide platform and regional growth priorities.
• Define the product vision, scope, and success metrics for MENA custody capabilities, including onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting.

Market and Regulatory Engagement

This role involves acting as a key interface with local market entities and ensuring regulatory compliance:

• Act as the primary product interface with local market infrastructure and regulators.
• Translate local regulatory, membership, and technical requirements into clear product and delivery plans.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence and manage change.

Delivery and Execution

The Senior Vice President will drive product delivery through collaboration and planning:

• Collaborate with cross-platform engineering and operations teams to translate requirements into prioritized backlogs and delivery milestones.
• Support quarterly planning by articulating capacity, dependencies, and risks clearly.

Stakeholder and Client Focus

Effective communication and client-centric development are central to this position:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise, including Commercial teams, to align client demand with capabilities.
• Incorporate client and market feedback into product enhancements and the evolution of the product roadmap.
• Communicate product status, risks, and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders.
