About Sweater and the Role

Sweater is a technology company focused on redefining the car care industry across the GCC region. Through its on-demand and scheduled mobile car wash platform, Sweater serves a diverse customer base daily, encompassing both B2C and B2B channels. The platform connects customers, service partners (SSPs), and corporate clients, delivering convenient, trusted, and scalable car care services powered by in-house technology.

Based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, this full-time Senior Product Lead position is the first dedicated product leadership role at Sweater. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to define the product vision, establish the roadmap, and execute initiatives across B2C, B2B, and supply-side operations.

Role Overview

This strategic and hands-on role requires partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams. The objective is to drive growth, enhance customer retention, improve operational efficiency, and develop new business channels through the creation of world-class product experiences. The role is suited for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is prepared to build the foundational product framework for a category-defining company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for B2C applications, B2B integrations, and SSP operations.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and scalability, utilizing established frameworks.
  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Optimize B2C customer journeys from signup through booking, bundle purchases, and renewals.
  • Lead experimentation to enhance conversion funnels, increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and Lifetime Value (LTV), and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on growth loops, referral programs, pricing experiments, and personalization strategies.
  • Work with Business Development to productize new B2B revenue channels, including parking lots, APIs, and white-label solutions.
  • Translate partnership agreements into scalable and repeatable product features and backend logic.
  • Ensure seamless integrations and high partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve the SSP app experience, focusing on routing, SLA compliance, idle time reduction, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Identify and prioritize features that enhance capacity utilization and service quality.
  • Lead product discovery processes, define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, and work closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, and Data teams.
  • Foster strong collaboration among Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Establish agile product development rituals, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and experimentation cycles.
  • Partner with the Data Analyst to develop proactive insight loops covering funnels, retention cohorts, pricing sensitivity, and supply metrics.
  • Define and track core product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data to inform prioritization and iteration decisions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant product role.
  • Experience working with or closely alongside growth and marketing teams on funnels, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, B2B productization, or platform business models.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in product discovery, UX thinking, and agile execution methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Experience in GCC / MENA markets is considered a strong advantage.
