Product Manager

About the Role

Aramex is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing the pricing strategy, analysis, and optimization within the courier industry (CEP). The Product Manager will ensure Aramex maintains a competitive edge by developing pricing models, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to define strategies that align with the company's financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for CEP (Express and Domestic parcel) across various markets and customer segments.
• Regularly review and update pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing and industry trends.
• Analyze customer pricing behavior and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Identify opportunities for new pricing models or innovative approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Create and manage pricing models to optimize revenue, margin, and volume.
• Develop tools, systems, and reports to track pricing performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Provide guidance to the Sales team regarding pricing proposals for different customer segments.
• Oversee the preparation of pricing for tenders and bids, ensuring alignment with company objectives and managing the product P&L, including new business acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Regularly audit and review pricing structures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the CEP or transportation sectors.
• Excellent command of English communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
