🚨 We're Hiring | Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer to join our team for infrastructure and road projects in Saudi Arabia .

📍 Position: Quantity Survey & Invoices Engineer
📌 Experience: 8–10 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare quantity take-offs and verify BOQ quantities.
✔ Prepare monthly invoices and Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
✔ Prepare subcontractor payment certificates.
✔ Track executed quantities and maintain quantity records.
✔ Prepare variation orders and support cost monitoring.
✔ Perform material reconciliation.
✔ Coordinate with planning and finance teams.
✔ Support the commercial department.
✔ Prepare final accounts.

Required Skills:

✅ IPC Preparation
✅ Variation Orders
✅ BOQ Analysis
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel
✅ AutoCAD (Good Knowledge)

General Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure contractor projects.
• Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory .
• Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, Municipalities, or similar government clients is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary infrastructure and utility coordination.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Immediate availability or a transferable Iqama is preferred.
