About the Role

Fortinet is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working with clients and partners, both remotely and onsite, on engagements of medium-to-high complexity. The primary focus is on the implementation, optimization, and operation of firewall and other enhanced security products, along with comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of customer engagement objectives, project scope, and technical requirements.
• Participate in architecture design workshops with customers and partners, providing necessary input.
• Create project-related documents, including High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures, Network Implementation Plan, and As-Built guides.
• Contribute to scoping meetings and the development of statements of work based on accurate analysis of customer requirements.
• Ensure project documents are accurate, complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Fortinet security solutions in customer environments.
• Assist customers through the rollout, migration, or go-live phases for deployed security solutions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff on relevant Fortinet security solutions.
• Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Complete and submit required internal administrative tasks, such as timesheets and project reports.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills in Fortinet technologies, products, and services through self-study or training.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Network Security Products.
• Experience working as a Professional Services senior consultant or engineer is an advantage.

Technical Expertise

• Expertise in Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), or other cloud-based security technologies.
