About the Professional Services Engineer Role

NetApp is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on developing and delivering technology solutions through consulting projects, managing client interactions, and monitoring project costs and schedules. The objective is to ensure deep customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and support the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with post-sales hardware and software installations of moderate complexity.
• Coordinate daily tasks with customers, Sales teams, and other Professional Services staff.
• Review and prepare for upcoming job task assignments.
• Provide detailed documentation for all tasks performed.
• Follow escalation guidelines with supervision during customer engagements.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
• Support the identification and resolution of technical issues.
• Participate in customer training sessions and workshops.
• Participate in sales and proposal presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on IT or engineering.
• Knowledge of IP Networks.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic at a C1-C2 level.
