Emdad By Elm is building a pool of experienced freelance professional trainers specializing in soft skills and behavioral skills. These trainers will support upcoming academy and corporate training projects across Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This is a full-time role requiring 0-1 years of experience.

The professional trainers will be responsible for delivering practical, engaging, and high-impact soft skills programs. These programs are designed for a diverse audience, including employees, graduates, professionals, supervisors, and corporate teams within various organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills and behavioral skills training programs.
• Facilitate engaging and practical training sessions for various participant groups.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a professional soft skills trainer.
• Ability to deliver practical, engaging, and high-impact training programs.
• Experience working with various levels of professionals, from graduates to corporate teams.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
