About the Program Support Specialist Role

National Company for Mechanical Systems (NCMS) is seeking a Program Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Objectives and Context

The Program Support Office is integral to ensuring the overall governance, reporting, and support for all technology programs and projects at NCMS. This role provides essential administrative and oversight support to R&D leadership, facilitating effective project execution and strategic alignment. The primary objectives include providing governance for technology programs and projects, delivering accurate and timely reports, and offering comprehensive support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the establishment and adherence to program and project governance frameworks.
  • Ensure all projects comply with internal and external standards and policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program and project status, performance, and key metrics.
  • Provide administrative and communication support to project teams for documentation and task management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Relevant experience ranging from 0 to 1 year.

Beneficial Skills and Certifications

While not strictly required, the following are considered highly beneficial for this position:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, MSP, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Power BI or other relevant reporting tools.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential involvement in projects based in Al-Kharj as well. The role operates within the Program Support Office, contributing to the company's broader objectives in technological advancement and localization.
