Project Coordinator Banking

About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking a Project Coordinator Banking to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on supporting the successful execution of IT projects within the banking and financial services sector. The role involves coordinating various project activities, stakeholders, and documentation to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and milestone monitoring.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, payment processors, and financial institutions.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk/issue logs, change requests, and trackers.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support budget, resource, access, and vendor coordination activities.
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and deployment activities.
• Support compliance and audit documentation related to PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and banking standards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience, with a strong background in banking or financial services. This experience is crucial for effectively supporting IT projects within this specialized industry.

Skills and Qualifications

The role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple project elements simultaneously. Familiarity with project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication is essential. Experience with compliance standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 8583 is also required.
