About the Role

Massar Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Project Manager (Construction) to oversee construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Civil, Architectural, and MEP works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution, from mobilization to final handover.
• Coordinate all aspects of Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, and Fire Alarm works.
• Prepare and continuously monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and technical submittals prior to execution.
• Monitor overall project progress and generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure all work is executed in strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify potential project delays proactively and propose practical solutions to maintain established schedules.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variation management processes.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve defined project objectives.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and the final project handover procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A strong technical understanding of Civil Works, Architectural Works, and comprehensive MEP Systems (including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems).
• Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling principles, and construction methodologies.
• PMP Certification is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Driving License is preferred.
