Project Manager IT Industry

About the Role

NovaLexi is seeking a Project Manager for the IT industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent platform projects, leading cross-functional and vendor work streams, and ensuring delivery accountability across the entire portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project manager capable of managing several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple platform projects concurrently, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines across the portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day project leadership to cross-functional and vendor teams, directing work, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Conduct project planning and scheduling across all work streams.
• Manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID).
• Track milestones and coordinate with vendors.
• Implement change-control governance.
• Produce and maintain the Communication Plan, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Escalation Matrix, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
• Manage project budgets and resources, tracking costs, optimizing allocation, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations through quality assurance and compliance.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams and vendors.
• Proactively design and implement contingency strategies for risk mitigation.
• Oversee adoption and training, supporting change management, user adoption, and training programs for SaaS rollouts.
• Perform all other responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–10 years of proven project management experience, including managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and vendors across concurrent work streams.
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating self-managed time, adaptability to changing priorities, task follow-through, and delivery on short timelines.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and able to use them effectively to enhance productivity and work quality, including Claude Code and other relevant AI-powered tools.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture.
• Prior experience in public-sector delivery within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
