About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a trading group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role involves full ownership of a multi-legal-entity Finance and Supply Chain transformation, covering the project lifecycle from initial workshops through to go-live and hypercare. You will collaborate with client leadership and a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a high-visibility position within Müller's Middle East practice, focused on driving flagship Cloud ERP transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using the SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from the Prepare phase through to Run.
• Manage a diverse delivery team across Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training, ensuring coordination between onsite and offshore workstreams.
• Oversee the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all project phases.
• Facilitate executive-level reporting and steering committee meetings with client leadership across four legal entities.
• Govern project scope and manage change requests to maintain project quality and commercial margin.
• Develop and oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities to ensure successful system deployment.
• Coordinate ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones with the Finance workstream lead.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of SAP project management experience with full lifecycle accountability.
• Proven experience leading at least 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives.
• SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient and polished stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
• A strong track record of maintaining discipline over scope, budget, and timelines on fixed-price or milestone-based engagements.
