About the Role

JCA Associates is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a significant SAP deployment project within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This contract position offers 100% remote working flexibility. The role is instrumental in managing a project team and overseeing the successful implementation of SAP solutions, with a specific focus on SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central. The successful candidate will bridge communication and operational gaps between HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a project team to deliver a large-scale SAP deployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central modules.
• Act as a key liaison, effectively bridging communication and collaboration between HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants.
• Ensure smooth operational workflows and project progress by facilitating effective interdepartmental communication.
• Drive the successful delivery of major SAP programmes, demonstrating a proven track record of achievement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP Project Management.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central is essential.
• Demonstrated success in delivering major SAP programmes, with a history of long-term assignments.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and projects within the UAE or KSA markets.
• The ability to effectively act as a bridge between HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants.
