Project Manager

About the Role

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing end-to-end project delivery for client engagements within the learning and development sector. The Project Manager will ensure projects are executed within established timelines, budgets, and quality control parameters, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines based on client requirements and expectations.
• Create detailed project schedules, including task dependencies, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and in-scope completion of project tasks.
• Assign tasks to individual project stakeholders and monitor progress against the project plan.
• Communicate project status updates and risks to project directors and senior stakeholders effectively and promptly.
• Collaborate with the project delivery team, including instructional designers, trainers, operations staff, and subject matter experts, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain regular client communications to address requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans with project directors to mitigate potential impacts.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators to ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within client engagement and learning and development domains.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams and external clients to achieve project objectives.
