Project Manager

About the Role

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager with specialized theming experience to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing complex theming and fit-out projects, ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management within relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of theming and fit-out projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, timeline, budget, and client expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, programs, schedules, and delivery strategies for complex theming and fit-out projects.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers, architects, consultants, and specialist theming contractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Manage project risks, technical challenges, site coordination, and quality control while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, procurement, and commercial performance to ensure cost-effective and successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within the interior fit-out, theming, attractions, or related construction sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing major theming projects, ideally within theme parks, immersive experiences, entertainment, hospitality, or visitor attractions.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, project management, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of theming construction, specialist finishes, scenic elements, fabrication, installation, and coordination with multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, project planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on significant theming and fit-out projects within the region.
