Project Manager

About the Role

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of client engagements within the learning and development sector. The Project Manager will ensure projects are executed within specified timelines, budgets, and quality control parameters.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. A key aspect of this role includes mentoring and coaching project coordinators to ensure adherence to established project management standards and processes. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines based on client requirements and expectations.
• Create detailed project schedules, including task dependencies, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and in-scope completion.
• Assign tasks to project stakeholders and monitor progress against the project plan.
• Communicate project status updates and risks to project directors and senior stakeholders effectively and promptly.
• Collaborate with the project delivery team, including instructional designers, trainers, operations, and subject matter experts, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain regular client communications to address requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans with project directors to mitigate potential impacts.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators to ensure compliance with project management standards and processes.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the learning and development domain.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.
