About the Role

SAB is seeking a Project & Transformation Senior Manager to join the Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Department within the Corporate & Institutional Banking Group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading strategic projects and transformation initiatives aligned with the division's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic projects in line with divisional objectives.
• Assist with business case approvals for GPS strategy projects.
• Support the development of the department's workforce plan by providing inputs on unit-specific workforce forecasts.
• Implement GPS-related initiatives and coordinate with IT, FCD, HR, Operations, and other departments on project functions.
• Contribute to establishing a project management framework for executing GPS projects.
• Analyze and streamline GPS project optimization efforts.
• Deliver project prioritization in alignment with the GPS strategy.
• Monitor and control project execution by IT.
• Assist in the development and review of the Annual Technology Plan (ATP) for Group/Local IT related projects.
• Undertake end-to-end project governance, from initiation through commercialization and roll-out.
• Perform maintenance and management of CRM and CCM systems related to GPS functions.
• Publish monthly project management dashboards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management and transformation roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Global Payment Solutions Department of SAB's Corporate & Institutional Banking Group.
