Role Overview: Transformation Manager

Cenomi Retail is seeking a Transformation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in designing and executing transformation programs. The Transformation Manager ensures effective change management, monitors performance, and aligns initiatives with Cenomi Retail’s strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Transformation Strategy and Execution

The Transformation Manager is responsible for translating the CTO’s strategic roadmap into actionable projects and workstreams. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional transformation initiatives aimed at value creation, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement.
• Supporting the governance of transformation programs through progress tracking, KPI reporting, and issue escalation.

Change Management and Performance

This role involves developing and implementing robust change management frameworks and driving a performance-oriented culture. Specific duties include:

• Developing and implementing structured change management frameworks to support major initiatives.
• Designing and delivering communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Identifying resistance points and defining mitigation plans in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Defining transformation KPIs and establishing performance dashboards.
• Promoting a performance-driven, innovation-oriented culture across teams.
• Conducting periodic reviews to evaluate transformation outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaboration and Governance

The Transformation Manager ensures effective cross-functional collaboration and adherence to governance standards. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with Finance, HR, and Operations to align initiatives with budgets and timelines.
• Managing Transformation Committee reporting, ensuring regular updates to the CSTO and CEO.
• Driving adherence to transformation governance standards and reporting cadence.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operating model design, cost optimization, and change management. Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, with experience in the retail or consumer sector being preferred.
