Rawaj-HCM is seeking a Proposal Engineer IT to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for enterprise IT opportunities within a fast-paced technology solutions environment.

Role Purpose

The Proposal Engineer IT will lead the end-to-end proposal development process. This involves ensuring the delivery of competitive and compliant proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing bid activities, and supporting business growth. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of navigating complex IT solution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with costing, bidding, proposal, and sales teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals, with a preference for experience in the Saudi market.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive proposal documentation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Manage and support the entire bidding process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Develop and submit responses to RFIs (Requests for Information), RFQs (Requests for Quotation), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and other related proposal documents.
• Utilize prior experience within an IT or technology solutions company to enhance proposal development efforts.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate with various cross-functional departments, including technical, sales, and procurement, to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Review and interpret customer RFP requirements, liaise with technical teams and vendors, and ensure proposals align with customer expectations and project specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar proposal engineering or bid management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• Highly preferred proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience in an IT or technology solutions company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
