About the Role

AMAQ is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer specializing in Fitout/Interiors to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for immediate joining and focuses on high-end interior fit-out projects. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the fit-out, interiors, or renovation sector, specifically not general construction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field QA/QC inspections to ensure adherence to the highest standards of workmanship.
Report directly to the client's QC department and the AMAQ Project Manager.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), checklists, and close-out documentation.
Monitor compliance with project specifications, approved materials, and established quality procedures.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients to facilitate timely inspections and approvals.
Promote a culture of quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement throughout all project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years' QA/QC experience on premium fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Proven experience delivering high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Work Environment and Availability

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and be available to join within 5 days. This position is for immediate joiners only.
