- Perform in-process inspections during panelboard assembly, busbar fabrication, wiring, and component installation, ensuring adherence to design drawings, workmanship standards (aligned with ABB practices), and safety protocols.
- Execute final quality control inspections and witness routine factory tests (*, visual, dimensional, mechanical, continuity, insulation resistance, functional, high voltage tests) on completed LV panelboards according to IEC 61439, SASO standards, and specific ABB testing procedures.
- Conduct and troubleshoot Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures in collaboration with clients, and prepare all necessary SAT procedures, Method Statements, ITPs, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances, leading or participating in root cause analysis (RCA) and collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IM&TE) used for QC activities are properly calibrated, maintained, and in good working order.
- Prepare accurate and timely QC reports, including inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs), and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and optimizing QC processes, drawing on best practices from ABB or similar high-standard environments.
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, inspection criteria, and workmanship requirements specific to LV panelboard assembly.
- Assist in evaluating supplier quality and providing feedback based on incoming material inspections.

- Demonstrated understanding of industry regulations and standards, including IEC and SASO.
- Familiarity with ABB manufacturing practices and product lines is highly advantageous.
