About the Quality Controller Role

Samaco Motors is seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of vehicle service and customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility involves conducting thorough final checks on all work performed on customer vehicles to guarantee efficiency and quality before handover.

Role Objective

The core objective of the Quality Controller is to uphold Samaco Motors' commitment to excellence by meticulously verifying the integrity and functionality of all completed repairs and services. This involves a systematic approach to quality assurance, ensuring that every vehicle meets both manufacturer specifications and our internal quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure faultless work through continuous quality control and the employment of suitable test methods and means in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Carry out necessary road tests to confirm vehicle efficiency and rectify any identified defects.
• Inspect the general condition of customer vehicles and accurately record any faults not covered in the original work order.
• Monitor product quality and report any instances of damage observed during the inspection process.
• Inform the Workshop Controller of potential opportunities for further sales related to maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and vehicles.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar quality control or automotive service environment. This entry-level experience is vital for understanding vehicle mechanics and quality assurance protocols.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in our operations in Riyadh. The Quality Controller will work within a dynamic workshop environment, collaborating closely with technicians and the Workshop Controller to maintain high service standards.
