About the Quality Operations Coach Role

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Quality Operations Coach to ensure product quality compliance across its retail stores, central bakery, and fresh vendor facilities in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on implementing quality standards through coaching and auditing.

Core Responsibilities

The Quality Operations Coach is responsible for the implementation of product quality compliance within the designated region. This involves conducting regular quality coaching visits to ensure adherence to regulatory authority instructions and internal company standards. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of products offered to customers.

Product Quality Coaching and Improvement

  • Execute Product Quality Coach Programs for Panda Retail Stores, Facilities, and Omnichannel operations to uphold Panda's product quality standards.
  • Implement the Product Quality Coach Visiting plan to support the execution of improvement actions.
  • Prepare and communicate non-compliance reports to relevant departments, and follow up on these reports until resolution.

Supplier Quality Management and Audits

  • Implement Supplier Quality audit programs for private label (Food & Non-Food Vendors) and Fresh vendors (*, meat, produce, deli).
  • Conduct audits to verify supplier compliance with standard requirements and protect customers from potential food safety hazards.
  • Report all raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to concerned departments and track them to closure.

Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution

  • Investigate customer complaints and NCRs, analyzing collected data.
  • Submit findings to the Quality Operation Regional Manager for further action and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented to close issues.
  • Complete necessary forms, including complaint and investigation forms, and communicate them to the Operation Regional Manager.

Operational Monitoring and Development

  • Monitor pest control and hygiene service activities at stores and facilities.
  • Follow up on and communicate any issues related to pest control and hygiene programs.
  • Contribute to the development of quality training materials and conduct training sessions for targeted employees to enhance their knowledge and performance.
