The Role of Quantity Surveyor

Applus+ Asia Middle East and Africa is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing cost and quantity aspects for pipeline and utility works, ensuring financial control and accurate progress verification for project components. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control activities for projects.
• Review contractor claims and variations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration processes.
• Handle cost and quantity management specifically for pipeline and utility works.
• Verify project progress and support financial control of project components.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Certified Quantity Surveyor.
• 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Demonstrated experience with general pipe networks.

Work Environment
