Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Alpha Cornerstone Company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves working on various construction, fit-out, MEP, and contracting projects. The role requires a professional with strong technical and communication skills to manage quantity surveying tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of quantity surveying for assigned projects.
• Working on construction, fit-out, MEP, and general contracting projects.
• Applying strong technical skills to project requirements.
• Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• 5-6 years of experience in the GCC/Saudi region is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in Construction, Fit-Out, MEP, and Contracting Projects.

Required Skills

• Strong technical proficiency in quantity surveying principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively within project teams.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
