About the Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing project costs and contractual aspects throughout the construction lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for critical functions including cost estimation, precise measurement of works, and comprehensive contract administration. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring financial control and contractual compliance for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and budgets for construction projects.
• Measure and value completed works to facilitate interim and final payment certificates.
• Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
• Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients on financial and contractual matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Demonstrated ability in cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
