We are a leading healthcare provider committed to redefining preventive and personalized healthcare in the Kingdom. We seek an experienced Radiographer to operate imaging equipment for producing medical images critical for diagnosing patient conditions.

Role Description:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure its proper use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procedure Approval – Modifications require approval from the Radiologist and SMART HEALTH Radiation Protection Officer.
  • Monitoring Devices – Radiation workers must wear dosimeters in controlled areas.
  • Pregnancy Inquiry – Confirm pregnancy status for women at risk; record uncertainties.
  • Dosage Reduction – Minimize exposure to sensitive organs during X-rays.
  • Clinical Information – Ensure all necessary patient details before examinations.
  • Ethical Conduct – Follow UAE Code of Ethics and professional standards.
  • Justified Exposure – Ensure every radiation exposure has a clear diagnostic benefit.
  • Right to Refuse – Radiographers can deny exposure if clinical information is insufficient.
  • Patient Identification – Verify identity using two methods before procedures.
  • Safety Compliance – Stay behind protective barriers and follow protocols.
  • Equipment Standards – Maintain compliance with radiation safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Education: BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with a valid medical license/eligibility as Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience after BSc in MLT.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical thinking skills, and the ability to use complex medical equipment.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure business alignment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain and Operations team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations management, Supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with minimum of 3 years in managerial role, ideally in a multinational or highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; Strong command of Microsoft office, Power BI, and other productivity tools; High attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
