The Receptionist Role

Fast Fit EMS is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring a positive first impression for clients and maintaining efficient daily operations within the facility. The role involves direct client interaction and administrative support, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to their intended destination within the facility.
• Provide basic information regarding products or services and address client inquiries.
• Route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and handle simple inquiries over the phone.
• Address client complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution or escalation to the relevant personnel.
• Organize and manage the schedule for pre-booked appointments to prevent overlaps.
• Work to resolve client issues related to services or products offered.
• Offer additional assistance to clients, such as guiding them around the facility or advising on product choices.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through polite and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Receptionist position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. This experience should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
