We are looking for a talented person to manage recruitment activities from start to finish to attract, assess, and hire qualified talents according to the organization's workforce requirements. This position will support the immediate recruitment of clinical and non-clinical positions while ensuring compliance with the legal regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the requirements of the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support effective recruitment needs within the organization.
  • Compliance with Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements.
  • Contribute to the rapid recruitment process and continuity of the workforce in critical health roles.
  • Maintain recruitment records and documentation accurately.
  • Promote fair and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Coordinate job applications and obtain the necessary approvals.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or a preferred organized environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Attributes:
  • Strong work ethic and self-reliance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of documentation.
