Azaya Wellbeing, a luxury wellness center located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to client fitness and overall wellbeing within a premium environment.

Role Overview

The Reformer Pilates Instructor will be responsible for delivering safe and effective Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs. The role supports clients across various fitness levels, including those seeking rehabilitation, injury prevention, and general wellness improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized Pilates programs.
• Deliver Reformer, Mat, and other equipment-based Pilates sessions for both private and group clients.
• Provide support to clients with diverse fitness levels, including those undergoing injury recovery or pre/post-rehabilitation.
• Ensure clients maintain correct alignment, posture, breathing techniques, and movement execution during sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress through regular reports.
• Educate clients on effective injury prevention strategies and principles for long-term health.
• Participate in social media and promotional activities to support the center's marketing efforts.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor. A strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and client assessment is essential. The ability to create and adapt programs for various client needs, including rehabilitation and injury prevention, is required.

Work Schedule

This full-time role requires the instructor to conduct daily classes, operating six days per week.
