Role Overview

The Regional GCC Territory Manager – Cardiopulmonary supports the regional strategy and operational coordination for LivaNova's cardiopulmonary activities. Key areas of focus include regional market intelligence, distributor coordination, strategic planning support, and internal business analysis related to LivaNova cardiopulmonary technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of regional strategies by collecting and analyzing market intelligence for Cardiopulmonary technologies.
• Monitor regional market developments, healthcare trends, and competitive activities.
• Collect aggregated market data and insights from distributors across the region.
• Support internal regional strategy discussions with data-driven analysis.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and presentations for regional leadership.
• Act as a coordination point between LivaNova regional leadership and authorized distributors.
• Facilitate communication between distributors and internal LivaNova teams.
• Support alignment of distributors with regional strategic priorities.
• Ensure distributor awareness of product updates, technical information, and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate internal discussions related to distributor feedback and market insights.
• Support regional planning processes by contributing insights and analysis for assigned markets.
• Assist in the preparation of regional business planning inputs.
• Support internal discussions related to market expansion strategies.
• Analyze territory performance indicators and market trends.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding regional opportunities and risks.
• Support coordination of regional marketing and scientific programs related to cardiopulmonary technologies.
• Coordinate informational activities related to conferences, educational programs, and scientific initiatives.
• Support internal teams in planning regional events and initiatives.
• Ensure activities align with applicable compliance and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the GCC region.
