About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing essential daily technical support to regional users across corporate offices and pharmacies. The primary objective is to ensure all regional employees and locations maintain continuous and sustainable operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for corporate users in branch and maintenance offices, covering office services, network, IP phones, meeting rooms, printing, and infrastructure devices.
• Implement IT Corporate projects and ensure end-user devices, both corporate and in stores, comply with established IT standards and policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Nahdi internal departments and act as the third level of escalation, addressing cases involving third-party SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with third parties during project implementations related to store operations, including new retail applications, pharmacy hardware, and technology refreshment initiatives.
• Support the execution and development phases of store operations at offices, subsequently handing over tasks to third parties for retail application preparation, device configuration for new openings, and systems like ROBOT, QMS, and Drive Thru.
• Test new systems and application patches prior to deployment to ensure adherence to operations excellence and quality control standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to all assigned regional stores to foster strong relationships with end-users and maintain high levels of satisfaction and NPS.

Work Environment

The role involves a dynamic work environment with approximately 30% indoors and 70% outdoors, including regular site visits. The standard work week is 5 days, with 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology or a related field.

Required Certifications

• Certified ITIL Foundation.
• SC-OSA Intermediate Level.
