About Nahdi Medical Co. and the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to providing essential IT support across the company's regional operations, ensuring seamless functionality for all users and locations.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver daily technical support to regional users situated at corporate regional offices and pharmacies. The specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring that all regional employees and locations remain sustainably operational and functional as needed, contributing to overall business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for corporate users in branch and maintenance offices, including monitoring and supporting office services, network infrastructure, IP phones, meeting rooms, printing, and other infrastructure devices.
  • Implement IT Corporate projects and ensure that end-user devices, both within Corporate offices and Stores, comply with established IT standards and policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Nahdi internal departments and serve as a third level of escalation, receiving escalations in instances of third-party Service Level Agreement (SLA) breaches.
  • Collaborate effectively with third parties during project implementations specifically for store operations, encompassing new retail applications, pharmacy hardware, and technology refreshment initiatives.
  • Support the execution and development aspects of store operations at offices, subsequently handing over tasks to third parties. This includes retail application preparation, device configuration for new openings, and support for systems such as ROBOT, QMS, and Drive Thru.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new systems and application patches prior to deployment to ensure that applications meet operational excellence and quality control standards.
  • Perform regular site visits to all assigned regional stores to foster strong relationships with end-users and maintain their satisfaction, contributing to a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related technical field.

Work Environment and Schedule

The role involves a dynamic work environment, with approximately 30% of time spent indoors and 70% outdoors. The standard work week consists of 5 working days, followed by 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which includes a one-hour break.
