About the Role

AJEX is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Logistics to lead sales initiatives and expand market share in a designated region within Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on achieving revenue targets in the logistics and supply chain sector through strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Role Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts. This involves developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet market growth objectives and ensuring seamless service delivery through collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key clients, logistics partners, and accounts within the assigned region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KSA regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
