About Lendo and the Role

Lendo is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and facilitating access to financing for SMEs. Operating within a fast-paced FinTech environment, the Relationship Manager will contribute to Lendo's mission of transforming business finance in Saudi Arabia through secure and transparent lending solutions. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This involves a blend of client engagement, business development, and sales activities to meet strategic objectives within the financial services sector.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lendo’s products, services, and industry trends.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as a primary resource for financial solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits and e-meetings to maintain client engagement and provide support.
• Identify and understand client needs, goals, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide in-depth product and service consultations, guiding clients through decision-making.
• Ensure client satisfaction through seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
• Address client concerns, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Foster long-term loyalty and trust by providing consistent and reliable support.

Business Development and Sales

• Research and pursue new business opportunities to expand Lendo's client portfolio.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients for compatibility with Lendo’s offerings.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance client value and contribute to revenue targets.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through active account management and leveraging growth opportunities.
• Track and report on client engagement and revenue performance, providing insights to the sales team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within financial services, FinTech, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
