The Role: Reporting Manager

AECOM is seeking a Reporting Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on project reporting, performance monitoring, and data management. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of critical project information to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project performance reports.
• Consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all project reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience level: 0-1 years.
• Ability to create and maintain management dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in developing project KPI scorecards and performance indicators.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze project data, identify trends, issues, and performance gaps.
• Capability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to project leadership.
• Commitment to ensuring data integrity and alignment across multiple reporting systems.
