About the Role

SAB is seeking a Risk Analytics and Reporting Manager to join its Credit Risk team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a highly analytical and strategic individual to conduct in-depth analyses of Corporate and SME Banking Credit Portfolios. The insights generated will be crucial for informing senior management's strategic decisions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive deep-dive analyses of Corporate and SME Banking Credit Portfolios to assess overall health and credit risk exposure.
  • Author detailed monthly and weekly descriptive analysis letters, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management.
  • Analyze key risk trends, monitor Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics, and ensure alignment with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulatory requirements from a Credit Risk perspective.
  • Identify emerging risks and problem areas within the portfolio, providing actionable, data-backed insights and proposing mitigation actions and strategic plans.
  • Design, develop, and publish advanced interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau to visualize portfolio health and key risk indicators.

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced technical proficiency in Tableau for developing and publishing complex reports, including strong coding and calculation skills.
  • Practical knowledge of SAS for advanced data analytics.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to connect quantitative data to business and risk scenarios.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a similar Risk Portfolio Analytics and Reporting role within the banking or financial services industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking business models, lending products, and credit risk principles.
  • A practical understanding of Saudi Arabian banking regulations and SAMA guidelines from a Credit Risk perspective.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is integral to the Credit Risk team, focusing on providing critical analytical support and reporting to senior management.
