Sales & Account Manager, Oil & Gas (DWM & DF)

Our client, a well-established Oil & Gas business with a growing presence across the UAE, is seeking a Sales & Account Manager. This full-time role, based in Dubai, requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on driving business within the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids (DF) sectors across the UAE market.

Role Purpose and Context

The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and leading product launches within the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids (DF) segments. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this role involves executing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives in alignment with the overall Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan.
• Identify high-potential opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector to maximise market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Drive growth across the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) portfolio with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving enquiries, contractual matters, and providing commercial support.
• Propose and deliver tailored DWM and DF technical and operational solutions, proposals, and presentations aligned to client requirements and Oil & Gas stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and product launches across the UAE.
• Monitor sales targets, provide accurate forecasts, and submit monthly performance updates to the Country Manager.
• Identify and convert new clients to expand market presence across the UAE.
• Submit accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.
• Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policies, safety regulations, and local authority standards.
• Champion QHSE culture through training, leadership, and participation in audits.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales or account management role.
• Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
• Must be currently UAE-based with valid residency and the right to work.
