The Role of Sales Associate

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for upholding customer service standards, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store operations in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in accordance with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs to facilitate an exceptional experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Achieve and strive to exceed set sales targets through creative approaches, always keeping the customer in mind.
• Contribute to enhanced sales targets by demonstrating thorough product knowledge and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Ensure store standards are consistently maintained, assisting with in-store tasks such as cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations to minimize stock loss.
• Utilize advanced selling skills to better support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and cultivate repeat customer relationships.
• Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands and stores if items are not available in-store.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. This position requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering high standards of customer service and capable of contributing to sales objectives within a retail environment.
