About the Role

Seddiqi Holding is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the On Retail team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and represents the second On store in the Kingdom. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering customer service while upholding On's brand values and commitment to movement.

Role Context

The Sales Advisor will contribute to the store's operations by providing customer support and maintaining product knowledge. This role is integral to ensuring a premium customer experience through engagement and adherence to brand standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate On's brand values and philosophy consistently.
• Provide customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and offering solutions.
• Listen to customer needs to enhance engagement with products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and stay informed about On's global activities and projects, such as sustainability efforts and athlete stories.
• Contribute ideas for merchandising and community activities for the store.
• Provide feedback to store leadership to improve store processes and customer service levels.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards within the store to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Support inventory management, including placing new product and fill-in orders.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service.
• Understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Opportunities for similar roles may also be available in Jeddah and Makkah.
