La Vid CASA is seeking a Sales & Estimation Engineer – Interior Design & Fit-Out to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing client inquiries from initial contact through to the contracting stage for interior design, fit-out, and contracting projects.

Role Overview

The Sales & Estimation Engineer is responsible for handling new client inquiries, understanding project requirements, and preparing comprehensive proposals. This involves site visits, initial concept development, detailed estimation, and client follow-up to secure project contracts. The role requires hands-on experience in interior design, fit-out, and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client and project site visits to understand specific project requirements.
• Take site measurements and gather all necessary technical information.
• Assess client needs, budget constraints, and overall project scope.
• Prepare initial mood boards and concept presentations.
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and pricing.
• Obtain and compare quotations from various suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Present proposals and solutions to clients.
• Follow up with clients and manage negotiations until the project reaches the contracting stage.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams as required.
• Maintain current knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and market prices within Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-out, estimation, or contracting.
• Experience within the Saudi market is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, materials, and fit-out pricing.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off, costing, and estimation.
• Ability to prepare mood boards and initial presentations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Capability to independently manage opportunities from initial inquiry through the pre-contract stage.
• Candidates currently based in Riyadh are preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a team focused on delivering interior design and fit-out projects.
