About the Sales Executive Role

inbox is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, target-driven, entry-level position designed for a motivated individual eager to build a career in sales within the IT solutions and technology sector. The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Profile and Key Objectives

The ideal candidate will possess a background in technology solution selling, specifically within IT Services, System Integrators (SI), Managed Services Providers (MSP), or Technology Consulting organizations. This role involves generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting all commercial and proposal activities from end-to-end. A proactive approach is essential, along with comfort in engaging with C-level executives, conducting client meetings, and representing inbox to public and private sector customers in Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation and account management.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle using CRM tools, from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, commercial submissions, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customer-centric technology solutions.
• Generate customer interactions and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sector organizations.
• Present technology solutions and articulate business value propositions effectively.
• Track sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 0-1 years of experience, suitable for an entry-level professional.
• Strong background in technology solution selling within IT Services, System Integrators (SI), Managed Services Providers (MSP), or Technology Consulting organizations.
• A motivated self-starter with a dynamic and confident approach to sales.
• Ability to proactively engage with C-level executives and conduct professional client meetings.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires engagement with customers across the Kingdom.
