Role Overview: Sales Manager (ERP/CRM Solutions)

NOK Human Capital is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in ERP/CRM solutions to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires over 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead business development efforts, cultivate enterprise client relationships, and drive revenue growth through the sale of enterprise software, with a particular focus on Odoo and other complementary ERP/CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed ERP/CRM revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and SME decision-makers within the Saudi market.
• Present, demonstrate, and pitch ERP/CRM platforms, specifically Odoo-based systems.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline tracking to deal closure and forecasting.
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging client demands within the ERP/CRM ecosystem.
• Lead professional commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in ERP/CRM sales.
• In-depth background in ERP/CRM sales, with hands-on experience with Odoo highly preferred. Experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite is also beneficial.
• Established footprint and network within the Saudi B2B/enterprise landscape.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be based in Riyadh.
