About SANY Saudi Arabia and the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is expanding its operations and is seeking experienced, results-driven Sales Managers for its Wheel Loader Department. This full-time position is available in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on driving business growth within the construction equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Promote and sell SANY’s product range, which includes Backhoe Loaders, Diesel Wheel Loaders, Electric Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, and Aerial Work Platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen market position.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (an Engineering or related field is preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven track record in selling wheel loaders or similar machinery.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established client network.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in the construction machinery industry is valued.
• Candidates with experience working for competitor brands will be highly preferred.
• An engineering background or technical sales experience is considered a plus.
