Sales Manager

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving new business as a Sales Hunter, with a primary emphasis on managing large deals within the Public Sector (PS) in KSA, alongside engagement in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunication sectors.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, particularly in securing and managing significant deals within the Public Sector. This position requires strong existing relationships within the public sector customer base, experience with Oil & Gas and Telecommunication clients, and a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Sector and other strategic industries, including Oil & Gas and Telecommunications.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target sectors.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on managing large deals within the Public Sector.
• Experience with customers in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunication industries is highly preferred.
