The main product targeted at this stage is the Maktabi (******** platform, a sophisticated platform dedicated to managing real estate and properties, targeting real estate brokers and owners in the Saudi market.

Contract Nature and Terms

  • Job Type: Part-time - approximately 3 hours per day (remote).

  • Contract Duration: 3 months, extendable based on performance evaluation and achievement of targets.

  • Legal Clauses:

    • No relocation required.
    • No end-of-service bonus.
    • Does not include medical insurance.

Required Conditions and Experience

  • Prerequisite: Possess strong and deep prior experience in food and beverage sector sales methodologies (such as corporate sales, distribution, or contracting with restaurants and cafes), and the ability to transfer and apply these active field sales tactics to accelerate the growth of the Maktabi platform.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

If selected for this position, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the sales network through the following tasks:

  • Talent Acquisition: Utilize the Sabar platform—fully funded by Dal Doum Group—to search for and recruit highly competent regional managers.

  • Team Expansion and Building: Guide and supervise regional managers to, in turn, recruit field sales representatives through the Sabar platform.

  • Digital Performance Monitoring: Track instant sales indicators, analyze user engagement, and evaluate the performance of regional managers and representatives directly from your device via the Broshans application.

  • Operational Efficiency: Actively manage team productivity, including the dismissal of underperforming managers or representatives to ensure the maintenance of sales growth momentum.

Advantages and Commission System

At Dal Doum, we focus on empowering our partners financially by offering a highly competitive and escalating commission and incentive structure:

1. Initial Subscription Commission (during the first 3 months of client subscription)

  • Sales Manager (Your Position): 5% of the value of each sale or subscription.

  • Regional Manager: 35% of the value of each sale.

  • Field Sales Representative: 45% of the value of each sale.

2. Retention Bonus (paid upon the client completing 6 months of active subscription)

A total bonus of SAR 500 is allocated for each continuing user, distributed to the team as follows:

  • Sales Manager: SAR 100.

  • Regional Manager: SAR 200.

  • Sales Representative: SAR 300.

Note: The Broshans application provides you with full transparency to view sales volume, team performance, and subscriber retention rates on an ongoing basis.

Application Requirements and Next Steps

To proceed to the final evaluation stage, applicants are required to complete the following steps:

  1. Product Exploration: Visit the Maktabi (************ online platform and study it thoroughly to understand its features, added value, and target audience of owners and real estate professionals.

  2. Submit a Business Plan and a Timed Executive Proposal: Send an executive proposal with a clear and defined timeline that includes:

    • Your Vision for the Product and Application of Your Expertise: How do you plan to adapt and apply fast and effective F&B sales methodologies to market the "Maktabi" platform and target real estate owners and brokers?

    • Scheduled Recruitment Strategy: Your defined timeline for targeting and recruiting professional regional managers through the "Sabar" platform.

    • Field and Performance Management: Your schedule for deploying representatives during the three-month period, how to divide the three daily hours, and how to use the data from the "Broshans" application to ensure the achievement of the required sales targets.
