The Role of Sales Operations Representative

Skyro is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Operations Representative to support its SME Trading Credit business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing clients referred through supplier partnerships, guiding them through the full onboarding and deal process, and ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed accurately and efficiently. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage client leads and accounts referred through supplier partnerships.
  • Introduce and explain services and offerings to new clients.
  • Coordinate with clients throughout the full deal process, from initial referral to closure.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and deal processing.
  • Collect and verify all required client documentation in line with onboarding requirements.
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding documentation, information, or approvals.
  • Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and appropriately maintained.
  • Liaise closely with supplier partners to ensure a smooth handover of referred clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and completion of deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client status, documentation, activities, and deal progress in CRM and deal-processing systems.
  • Track active deals and ensure required follow-up actions are completed on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and deal-processing workflows.
  • Ability to identify and flag documentation gaps, bottlenecks, or potential compliance issues.
  • Capability to proactively resolve or escalate issues that could delay deal completion.
  • Proficiency in maintaining clear communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting accurate reporting on sales pipeline, client onboarding, and deal status.
