Tamer Group, a leading company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative Modern Trade to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining and expanding the company's presence within the modern trade sector across the region.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative for Modern Trade holds a key position responsible for identifying selling opportunities and consistently achieving sales targets, profitability, and superior in-store presence. This is accomplished by diligently implementing core sales fundamentals, including distribution, shelving, display, and pricing, across various accounts and outlets, while actively evaluating customer needs and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit all outlets daily according to scheduled plans and ensure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
  • Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and product line as per monthly and annual objectives.
  • Ensure the availability of the full range of SKUs as per the Retail Performance Standard (RPS) to establish superior in-store presence.
  • Provide reports on competitor activities, initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Sign and finalize new opening account files for all customers.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer's trade contracts.
  • Provide adequate reports on stock expiries and damages.
  • Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

  • University Degree

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring daily field visits to various outlets within the modern trade sector.
